What personal information this site collects, why, and what you can require us to do about it.
Privacy officer
In accordance with Quebec’s Law 25, the role of person responsible for the protection of personal information is held by the President and CEO of Saturnet High Tech Solutions.
Any question or request concerning your personal information can be addressed to them at support@saturnet.cloud.
Information we collect
This site collects nothing without your knowledge. The only information we receive is what you deliberately enter in the contact form:
- Full name
- Company (optional)
- Email address
- Phone (optional)
- Subject and content of your message
What the site does not do
The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and loads no font, image or script from a third-party service. No profiling, no advertising trackers, no social network integrations.
Your browser stores only the language you chose, so it can offer it again on your next visit. That stays on your device and is never sent to us.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to answer your inquiry and, where applicable, to manage the business relationship that follows. It is never sold, rented or traded.
Consent
The contact form requires an explicit checkbox before it can be sent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to support@saturnet.cloud; we then delete the information concerned, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Retention
Inquiries that lead nowhere are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Information tied to an active contract is kept for the duration of that contract, then for the period required by applicable accounting and tax obligations.
Communication outside Quebec
The site is hosted by GitHub, Inc. in the United States. The pages you view, and the IP address needed to deliver them, therefore pass through servers located outside Quebec.
The contact form itself sends nothing to a third-party service: it opens your email client, and your message reaches us directly by email.
Your rights
Quebec law gives you the right, regarding the information we hold about you:
- To obtain a copy of it
- To have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete
- To request its deletion or de-indexing
- To withdraw your consent to its use
- To complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec
Response time
We answer any request within 30 days at most. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Privacy incidents
Should an incident present a risk of serious injury, we notify the people concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information without delay, and record the incident in a register, as Law 25 requires.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change, in particular if the site gains new functionality. The date it was last updated appears at the bottom of this page.
